Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of the appropriate rehabilitative care by stages on MBI index and exercise function (FMA) of the stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods Fifty stroke patients with hemiplegia in our hospital were randomly divided into test group (27 cases) and control group (23 cases). The test group received the appropriate rehabilitative care by stages, early proper body positioning, one to one active and passive exercise, middle and later stage sitting and standing balance training and etc, together with routine daily therapy. The control group only took routine therapy of drug and self - exercise training. Results After 3 months, the scores of both the MBI and FMA of the stroke patients with hemiplegia were improved than before, but the score of the test group was obviously better than that of the control group (P<0. 05). Conclusion The appropriate rehabilitative care by stages has the significant effect on improving exercise function, life quality and reducing the sequele of stroke patients with hemiplegia.关键词
