Abstract
Objective To explore the compliance and safety of specific immunotherapy improved by health education. Methods The patients with allergen- specific immunotherapy were divided into two groups: SCIT group consisted of 85 cases and SLIT group 79 cases. Local and systemic reactions, as well as patients adherence to the treatment were carefully recorded and analyzed during the immunotherapy schedules (followed up for 2 years). Results Local reactions occurred in all patients who received SCIT, and there were 13 cases (15.3% ) who experienced systemic reactions in SCIT group. A total of 4 patients (5.1%) experienced local reactions and 11 patients (13. 9%) occurred systemic reaction in SLIT group. Among 164 cases, treatment withdrawal occurred in 28 patients( 17.1 % ), with an overall rate of compliance 82.9%. Conclusion It is important for nurses to improve the compliance and safety of specific immunotherapy by both of health education and prevention adverse reaction.关键词
