Abstract

Objective To observe the effect of Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction on hemorheological changes in rats after +10Gz exposure. Methods Sixty male SD rats were randomly divided into control group, +10Gz group, and low, medium, high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups. The rats were exposed to +)Ogz for 5min. Ami-coagulated blood was collected from rats after + 10G/ exposure and hemorheological parameters were detected. Results The low, medium and high shear blood viscosity was obviously higher in +10Gz group than in control group(P<0.05), and significantly lower in +10Gz group than in low, medium and high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups(P<0.05). The hematocrit was significantly higher in +10Gz group than in control group(P<0.01) and significantly lower in +10Gz group than in low, medium and high dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups(P<0.01 >. The middle and high reduction shear blood viscosity was significantly lower in low and medium dose Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction groups than in +10Gz group(P<0.01) and similar with that in control group. Conclusion Fufang Tianpu tablet extraction can protect rats against changes in hemorheology after exposure to +10Gz.
