Detection of Chitosan Molecular Weight

Abstract
The molecular weight of chitosan was detected by viscometry with acetic acid as solvent. The molecular weight of chitosan was 1.30 × 105. The method of viscometry had the advantages of simple pretreat-ment, easy operating, good reappearance and so on.关键词
