摘要
Abstract
The cross wedge rolling of shaft parts is simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA finite element software. Based on analyzing,the stress-strain law of wedge rolled shaft during the rolling process and the comparisons along each axial stress-strain were made. The deformation characters of cross wedge rolled shafts were clarified and the internal strain fields and surface deformation status of workpieces in the process of rolling have been established. The results provide a reference and theoretical foundation of formation mechanism and rules of deformation for other type of rolled parts.关键词
