摘要

Abstract

Through the treatments of different cultural methods and 15 kinds of cultural substrates constituted by different volume ratios of coarse sand, mediu -size sand, fine sand, coconut husk, peat and perlite, the transplanting survival rate and the growth indexes of tissue cultural seedlings of Anthurium andraeanum Linden 'Tropical'were studied. The results showed that: The transplanting survival rate, plant height increment and leaf area increment of A. Andraeanum seedlings showed better in seedbeds than in plugs; For tissue cultural A. Andraeanum seedlings, treatment 5, 12, 13, 15 were more suitable than the other substrate formulas, in which the best one was treatment 5 (peat). Considering the economical factors, we could use "Vcocount resiknum:Vpearlstone= 2:1" instead of peat
