Abstract
Objective To explore perioperative nursing of elderly patients who have undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods Retrospective analysis of 70 cases of elderly patients who have undergone laparoscopic cholecystectomy was done. Results Three cases among 70 patients were converted to open surgery. Patients recovered very well without complications. Conclusion Considering the characteristics of elderly patients, we should make specific nursing plans, give comprehensive preoperative assessment, provide psychological care and health education, improve preoperative preparation, focus on disease monitoring, the drainage tube care and diet care. All these can improve the success rate of surgery to reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
