Abstract
Objective To summarize the nursing experience of intraoperative cerebral an-giogram by indocyanine green (ICG). Methods Nursing experience of 12 patients who underwent intraoperative ICG angiography was analyzed retrospectively. Results Intraoperative ICG angiog-raphy was performed for 16 times in 12 patients. All patients were performed successfully. Nursing measures was correct, and no adverse reaction was observed. Conclusion ICG is a kind of special drug that needs professional management. Careful inquiry on allergy history needs to be done before operation in order to avoid drug allergy reaction. Patient's vital signs and urine color should be observed closely. Rescue medicines should be prepared during intra - and post - operative period for the possible rescue.关键词
