本科实习护生共情能力与人格特征的相关性研究
Study on correlation between empathy ability and personality characteristics of undergraduate nursing students
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To probe into the correlation between ability of empathy and personality characteristics of undergraduate nursing students, so as to provide the evidences for targeted training of ability of empathy of nursing students. Methods: A total of 229 undergraduate nursing students from 6 high nursing colleges in five districts were investigated with general information questionnaire,Chinese version of the Jefferson empathy scale and EPQ. Results :Neuroticism dimension was negatively correlated with total score of ability of empathy, view - taking and emotional care. Autism and exotrophy dimension was positively correlated with the total score of ability of empathy. Conclusion:There is correlation between ability of empathy and personality characteristics of undergraduate nursing students. It is important to change their characteristics for improving the ability of empathy.关键词
