Effects of High Se and Co Alfalfa Meals Applied to Diets on Nutrition Levels of Rabbit Products
摘要
Abstract
This paper made a comparative trial that high trace element alfalfa meals (which consists of high Se,high Co and high Se-Co)were applied to diets of New Zealand rabbits in order to analyze their effects on qualities and nutrition levels of animal product. The results showed when additive contents of high Se or high Se-Co alfalfa meals account for 10% of ration, Se contents in liver, kidney and heart could be enhanced significantly(P<0. 05) , especially that in liver and kidney. More Se could be accumulated in liver and kidney, with the increase of Se amount. High Se-Co alfalfa meal had better effects on Se accumulation in liver than that of high Se alfalfa meal. Furthermore, high Se-Co alfalfa meal had no significant effects on contents of protein, fat and carbohydrate on chicken products, but contents of some trace elements ,such as Fe-vCu and Zn were raised significantly(P<0. 05).关键词
