Abstract
Objective To summarize nursing methods and experiences of perioperative care of patients with hysteromyoma who were treated by laparoscopic myomectomy combined with intra-operative uterine artery blockage. Methods Eight - six patients with hysteromyoma were treated by the method, and all of them were taken care of perioperatively in accordance with the requirements of the method. Results The symptoms of the 86 cases improved obviously, and none of them got perioperative complications. Conclusion The operation requires the nurses to have a high degree of attention, practised skills, close observation and timely response to emergencies, so that the complications could be prevented and the operation could be successful.关键词
