摘要
Abstract
Objective To build a high - quality nursing service system for children's hospitals under new situations. Methods The questionnaire was used to collect requirements from children patients and families so as to change the nursing mode and transform service concepts of nurses in order to cater for the needs of children. Results The children patients and families' satisfaction degree has risen from 95. 10% to 97. 10% with apparent decreasing alarm bell in the ward. The alarm bell is an important source to produce noise pollution in the ward. So decreasing noise pollution and creating a quiet environment are crucial to improve the nursing quality. In the meanwhile, the nurse - patient disputes and adverse nursing events have obviously decreased. Conclusion This approach remarkably promotes nurses' sense of responsibility and occupational pride, further guarantees children patients safety, increases the harmony between the nurses and patients, hence pushing forward the development of the nursing discipline.关键词
