六神栓对小鼠白念珠菌阴道炎治疗作用的实验研究
A study on the effect of Liu Shen Suppository against mice model of candidal vaginitis
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of Liu Shen Suppository against mice model of candidal vaginitis. Methods After the model of candidal vaginitis was established in female ICR mice, the mice were randomized into three different dose groups of Liu Shen Suppository, sodium chloride group and Bao Fu Kang Suppository group with 10 mice in each group. All drugs were administered once daily for a total of 7 days. The average of colony count logarithm counts was criteria in the observation. Results All dose groups of Liu Shen Suppository could degrade the average of colony count logarithm counts. There was significant deviation compared with sodium chloride group (P<0.05). Conclusion Liu Shen Suppository can exert therapeutic effects on vaginitis infected with mice model of candidal vaginitis关键词
