基于matK序列的几种重要大戟科植物系统发育初步研究
Phylogenetic Analysis of Euphobiaceae Based on matK Sequence
摘要
Abstract
The chloroplast matK gene was cloned from Hevea barsiliensis Haiken2. The phylogenetic trees was constructed by using software MEGA4, from matK in 24 Euphorbiaceae species in GenBank. All of the Euphobiaceae species were clustered into two branches, one branch was Phyllantholdeae alone, and three other clustered another branch. Four species of Crotonoideae did not clustered into a branch, but C. Stellatopilosus and J. Curcas, H. Brastiiensis and M. Esculenta clustered respectively, and that were parallel with Acalyphoideae. E. Milli belonging to euphorbioideae clustered into species of Crotonoideae. C. Castanocarpus did not clustered into Acalyphoideae branch, that was parallel with Crotonoideae and Euphorbioideae. This study was consistent with tranditional system in the mass. The difference of Crotonoideae and Euphorbioideae species was not clear cut. But Crotonoideae belongs to Acalyphoideae in the tranditional taxonomy, and Chaetocarpus belongs to Crotonoideae in this phylogenetic tree. It was reflected that the result was not parallel with tranditional system absolutely.关键词
