Preliminary Study on the Nutritional Composition of Semmostachya menglaensis
摘要
Abstract
Nutritional components of Semmostachya menglaensis were analyzed in this paper. The results showed that there were high contents of nutrients such as crude protein, crude fiber and amino acids in Teucrium manghuaens. There were abundant minerals and trace-elements such as N, Ca, K, Mg, P. The results provided a scientific proof for further exploitation and utilization of Teucrium manghuaense.关键词
