Abstract
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of C13-urea breath test( 13C-UBT) for Helicobacter pylori( Hp) infection in pediatric patients with chronic upper abdominal pain and the pathologic characteristic of Hp infection under endosco-py. Methods 13C-UBT were performed in 340 pediatric patients with chronic upper abdominal pain,in which the positive patients were given endoscopy and pathologic examination. Results There were 105 cases of 13C-UBT positive,in which 103 cases were confirmed Hp infection positive with gastroscopy,the coincidence was high to 99. 00%. Conclusion 13C-UBT may be a valuable method to diagnose Hp infection,the gastroscopy may be helpful to further confirm.关键词
