Abstract
Objective To explore the effects of early intervention on the development of physique,intelligence and motor in premature infants. Methods The development* of physique,nervous system examination, Vojta postural reflex teat,development quotient were performed in 111 premature infants undergoing early intervention. Another 72 premature infants were selected as control group. Results At 6,12,18 months old,the mental development index (MDI) in treated group significantly exceeded control group for4.5,6.3 and 7.4 scores,the PDI exceeded 8.3,9.3,11.3 scores,respectively(P<0.05). The incidences of ZKS were decreased with the age,had no significant difference at 3 months old,but had significant difference at 6 months and 12 months old between two groups ( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of early intervention could promote the development of mental and motor,improve the survival life quality in the near future.关键词
