Preemptive Analgesic Effects with Parecoxub in Gynecologic Laparoscopic Surgery

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate die effective and safety of preemptive analgesic with parecoxib in patients undergone gynecologic laparoscopic surgery. Methods Eighty patients scheduled for elective gynecologic laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into parecoxib group afti control group. The patients of parecoxib group were given parecoxib 40 mg before induction and 30 rain before surgery, respectively. The intensity of pain was evaluated by using visual analogue scale ( VAS) at the following time points,before operation,the point of awareness,4 h,8 h and 12 h after operation. The incidence rates of nausea, restlessness, vomiting and pain in throat after surgery and sleep states were recorded. Results There were no significant differences in awakening time and extubation time between two groups. The VAS scores at the points of awareness ,4 h,8 h after surgery in parecoxib group were lower than those of control group. There were no significant differences in VAS scores at 12 h between two groups. Compared with control group,the patients of parecoxib group had significantly lower consumption of other analgesics. The incidence rates of nausea and vomiting had no difference in two groups. The incidence rate of pain in throat after surgery in parecoxib group was lower than that of control group ( P <0.05 ). Conclusion Pre-operation parecoxib administration in patients undergone gynecologic laparoscopic surgery could relieve postoperative pain,reduce the other analgesics consumption and side effects,which had no obviously effect on awareness time.关键词
