Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To provide the references for selecting the mode of the development of essential drug list which is consistent with the current conditions of China. METHODS: Based on the study of national policies and relevant documents, the advantage and disadvantage of the current mode of local additional varieties of the essential drug list were analyzed through the method of summary and logical reasoning. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: The mode of local additional varieties of essential drug list apparently has more disadvantages than advantages, which is not fit for national conditions in China. Our country should adopt the mode of multi-species without addition to develop essential drug list.关键词
