爆裂玉米百粒重性状的主基因+多基因混合遗传分析
Major Gene and Poly-gene Hybrid Genetic Analysis on 100-seed Weight Traits of Popcorn

Abstract
Through applying the genetic model of major gene of plant quantitative traits + poly-gene mixed genetic , we studied the heredity of 100-seed weight of 6 ancestry generation ( P1, F1, P2, B1: 2, B2:2, F2:3 ) of JI popping 902( Ji812 × J1704). The results showed that;heredity of 100-seed weight traits conforms to the D-2 model,that was the model of 1 pair of additive major gene and additive-dominant poly-gene. 100-seed weight of popcorn was additive heredity which is controlled by 1 pair of independent major gene,additive effect of major gene was d =0.078 5 .additive effect of poly-gene was[d] =0.795 2, dominant effect of poly-gene was [h] = 1.495 3. The major gene heritabil-ity of 3 ancestry generation(B1:2 ,B2:2 ,F2:3)was 12.96% ,51.42% and 70.33% respectively,and the poly-gene heri-tability was 67.63% ,34.41 % and 12.81% respectively. It was revealed that 100-seed weight of ancestry generation of B2:2 and F2:3showed higher major gene heritability. The improvement of 100-seed weight traits of Ji812 × Ji704 combination should focus on the major gene and pay attention to the environmental influences as well.关键词
