Advances on Inner Integument Culture of Rubber Tree(Hevea Brasiliensis Müll.Arg.)
摘要
Abstract
The article mainly introduced the effects of different factors(such as genotypes, concentration and ratio of plant hormone, carbon source, CaCl2 concentration, culture method, tree age and propagation method ect.)on the establishment of plantlet regeneration system, cryopreservation and genetically engineering research of inner integument callus as an explant. Finally, problems and their application prospects were also analysed and discussed.关键词
