Abstract
Objective To investigate the distribution and drug resistance characteristics of isolates from patients age more than 65 years. Methods Isolates were cultured by routine method and identified by the API or automatic bacteria analysis system. K - B or MIC method was used to detected the susceptibility of antibiotics. WHONET 5.5 software was used to data statistic and analyze. Results A total of 42733 I-solates were collected from patients age more than 65 years in 114 hospitals. The most predominant pathogens were Escherichia coli ,Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Acinetobacter baumannii and Staphy-loccous aureus. 59% isolates from sputum. ESBLs - producing rates of Escherichia coli, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Klebsiella oxytoca and Proteus mirabilis were 70. 6% ,49. 7% ,40. 6% and 32. 7% respectively. Resistance of carbopenems to Enterobacteriaceae less than 2.0%. Susceptibility of polymyxin to Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Acinetobacter baumannii were 95. 9% and 96.4% . Prevalence of the methicillin - resistance strains of Staphyloccous aureus, Staphyloccous epidermidis and Staphyloc-cous haemolyticus were 71. 9% ,82.0% and 89. 3% respectively. All I-solates of Staphyloccous were susceptible to vancomycin and linezolid.Resistance rates of Enterococcus spp. To vancomycin ,linezolid and teicoplanin less than 5. 9%. Conclusion Bacteria of patients age more than 65 years isolated from sputum mainly. More opportunity was found of ESBL and MRS isolates. No significance difference compared to ordinary patients about other antibiotics.关键词
