摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of clinical isolates from hospitals in north China in 2009. Methods Bacterial susceptibility testing was carried out according to an agreed protocol and standard. The results were analyzed by WH0NET5.4. Results A total of 48085 clinical isolates were collected from January to December 2009, of which Gram negative microorganisms and gram positive cocci accounted for 68.72% and 31. 28% , respectively. Methicillin resistant strains in S. Aureus( MRSA) and MRSCON accounted for an average 32. 8% and 68.4% , respectively. NoS. Aureus isolates were found resistant to vanco-mycin, teicoplanin and linezolin, but there are 35 isolates in other Stapthacocci spp. Non - susceptibility to teicoplanin. There are 0. 6% , 0. 1% of E.faecalis and 6.5% , 3. 8% of E. Faecium strains resistant to vancomycin and teicoplan, respectively. In the 260 strains of S. Pneumoniae, 70.7% were identified as penicillin resistant S. Pneumo-nia( PRSP) respectively if used the standard of in - cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) , if used the non - in CSF, 2. 6% were identified as penicillin - resistant Streptococcus pneumoniae. About 59.1% of E. Coli and 37. 8% of Klebsiella pneumonia were the strains producing ESBLs. There were 34. 5% of H. Influenza isolates resistances to AMP. Isolates of Enterobacteriaceae were still highly sensitive to imipenem and meropen-em, the average resistance rates was less than 2%. Conclusion Bacterial resistance was still on the rise in north China , and it was very important to reasonable application antibiotics and prevents the dissemination and outbreak of pan - resistant bacteria.关键词
