ING4与COX-2在胃癌组织中的表达及临床意义
Expression and clinical significance of ING4 and COX-2 in human gastric cancer
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To investigate the correlation of NG4 and COX-2 expression wifli the patiogene-sis and development in gastric cancer, and identity tie role of NG4 and COX-2 in tie pattiogenesis of gastric cancer M etiiods: A total of39 surgical specmens of gastric cancer and in the correspondent nornal tissues adjacent to tie gastric cancer were collected firm our hospital. An mmunohistochenistry was used to detect the protein expression level of NG4 and COX-2. Results; The positive expression rate of NG4 in gastric cancerwas significantly bwer tian fliose in correspondent nomal tissues, the difference was statistically significant P < 0.05). The positive expressfon rate of COX-2 in gastric cancerwas significantly higher flianfliose in correspondent nornal tissues(P <0.05). Conclusion; Down-regulated expression of NG4 and up-regulated expression of COX-2 can be used as an effective indicator of prognosis关键词
