摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy and toxicity of domestic compound Tegafur capsule combined with Paclitaxel in the second - line treatment for patients with advanced or metastatic gastric carcinoma. Methods Sixteen patients with advanced or metastatic gastric carcinoma were second - line treated with domestic compound Tegafur Capsule combinedj'with Paclitaxel The domestic compound Tegafur capsule was given orally according to body surface area, d 1 -14, Paclitaxel 135 mg/m2, d1, q3w. Each patient was treated at least, for;,two cycles- The efficacy.and toxicity were evaluated after 2cycles of treatment. Results Four patients achieved:partial response (PR), seven patients had stable disease (SD), and: five ipatients had progression disease (PD); The overall response rate was 25%. The clinical, beneficial response, was 68.75% :The;adverse,reae.tion was mild. Conclusion The domestic compound Tegafur [qapsule combined with Paclitaxel is effec tive and well tolerated as the second - line therapy for, patients With advanced or,metastatio gastrio.
