Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing injection on the treatment of acute severe alcoholism. Method: 102 patients in our hospital with acute severe alcoholism were divided into the control group,naloxone group and joint group. Using the comprehensive treatment in the control group,using naloxone on the basis of comprehensive treatment in naloxone group. In joint group,using Xingnaojing injection on the basis of treatment of naloxone group . Then observed the awake time, symptoms disappeared time and curative effect of each group. Result: The awake time and symptoms disappeared time of naloxone group was less than the control group, but more than joint group. There were statistically significants between each group ( P<0. 05). The curative effect of naloxone group was better than the control group but worse than joint group, there were statistically significant between each group (P<0. 05). Conclusion: The curative effect of naloxone combined with Xingnaojing injection on the treatment of acute severe alcoholism is better than comprehensive treatment and naloxone therapy alone, it deserves further clinical promotion.关键词
