水稻对褐飞虱的抗性与挥发性次生物质总量的关系
Relationship between resistance of rice to Nilaparvata lugens (St(a)l)and the contents of volatiles
摘要
Abstract
Thirty eight resistant plants and 13 susceptible plants against Nilaparvata lugens(St?l) were selected for extracting secondary volatiles by steam distillation method. The extracted compounds were analyzed by GC/MS. The results showed that total content of volatiles was significantly different between resistant and susceptible plants, and the total content of volatiles were decreasing with increasing resistance of rice and increasing number of the resistant genes to Nilaparvata lugens (St?l).关键词
