Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of Irbesartan and amlodipine on hypertensive renal disease. METHODS: 300 patients with hypertensive renal disease were divided into 3 groups randomly, the changes of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure,blood urea nitrogen,serum creatinine,24 h urinary protein during treatment before and after 4 weeks treated with irbesartan (group A, 150 mg, qd), Amlodipine (group B, 5 mg, qd) or Combination of irbesartan and amlodipine (group C, the usage was same to group A, B) were analyzed. RESULTS: The results show that systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure and 24 h urinary protein of patients were significantly decreased after treatment with irbesartan and amlodipine(P<0.01). There was no serious ADR found among 3 groups. CONCLUSION: The treatment of hypertensive renal disease with Combination of irbesartan and amlodipine is better, which can effectively control the level of blood pressure and reduce 24 h urinary protein.关键词
