Inhibiting Effect of 30％ Diallyl Trisulfide EC on Rice Blast and Its Control Effect in Field
摘要
Abstract
The author studied the inhibiting and controlling ellect of 30% diallyl trisulfide EC supplied by Nanchang Insecticide Factory on rice blast. The results indicated that the EC50 of 30% diallyl trisulfide to the pathogen of rice blast was 81. 04413 mg/L, and it could dissolve the septum and cytoplasm of the rice blast spore to restrain the spore budding. The results of field trials showed that there was no significant difference in the control efficiency among high - dose and middle - dose of 30% diallyl trisulfide EC and 75% tricyclazole wettable powder (the check fungicide, its effective content is 22.5 g/hm2), but low -dose of 30% diallyl trisulfide had significantly lower control efficiency than the check fungicide. Applying 30% diallyl trisulfide EC could increase the yield of rice to a certain extent.关键词
