摘要

Abstract

To selected the optimum macroporous resin for purifying total flavonoids from corn-bract and determined the condition of optimum purification. In order to find the opti mum macroporous resinhe, the methods of static absorption-desorption with index of adsorp tion capacity and desorption capacity was used. The methods of dynamic absorption- desorp tion to determined the condition of optimum purification. The S-8 macroporous resin among five types of resins was found with the best separating efficiency, the time of absorption equi librium is 5h,time of desorption equilibrium was 1. 5 h. The optimum pH value was 4 ~5, with the rate of sampling 1. 0mL/min,and the concentration of elution was 80% alcohol, elu- ting velocity 3.0 mL/min. With definite technical process,the S-8 macroporous resin could be used to purify the total flavonoids of corn-bract. The purity was 45.0% after purifing.
