结构用慈竹单板层积材的制备工艺与性能
Manufacturing Technology and Performance of Structural Laminated Veneer Lumber from Bambusa distegia

Abstract
A new technology for making bamboo laminated veneer lumber was developed by the authors. Bambusa distegia and Phyllostachys heterocycla were used to make the veneer lumber for container flooring and wind blade applications. It was found that: 1) the laminated veneer lumber, made from bamboo without the outer and inner surfaces, showed superior performance than that made from all bamboo parts. 2) The laminated veneer lumber made from Bambusa distegia had better performance than that made from Phyllostachys heterocycla. 3) For the 30 mm-thick lumber made from Bambusa distegia , its mechanical properties increased as the density increased from 1. 0 g/cm3 to 1. 2 g/cm3, and could meet the national standard specifications for container flooring and wind blade making materials.关键词
