摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To alert medical staff to pay attention to adverse drug reaction induced by gemcitabine hydrochloride combined with cisplatin, rare skin pigmentation. METHODS: 1 case of rare skin pigmentation induced by gemcitabine hydrochloride combined with cisplatin was reported, and domestic and foreign medical literatures were collected to analyze the case report. RESULTS & CONCLUSION: There was no report about skin pigmentation induced by gemcitabine hydrochloride combined with cisplatin. That was to be proven by further observation and research. Drug-induced skin pigmentation should be paid enough attention to and emphasized among clinicians and pharmacists so as to avoiding affect the physical and mental of patients.关键词
