摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the clinical efficacy of atorvastatin in the treatment of coronary heart disease (CHD) complicating with hyperlipidemia. METHODS: 213 cases of CHD complicating with hyperlipidemia from Jun. 2008 to Sept. 2010 were randomly divided into treatment group (113 cases) and control group (100 cases). Both groups were given conventional therapy for CHD complicating with hyperlipidemia. Treatment group was additionally treated with atorvastatin 20 mg, qd, p.o. For 8 weeks. A treatment course lasted for 8 weeks. The blood and urine routine, blood sugar, liver and renal function, electrocardiogram were detected and compared before and after treatment. RESULTS: After 8 weeks treatment, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, CRP, IL-6, TNF-α, vWF and ET in treatment group were lowered significantly while the levels of HDL-C and NO were increased after treatment. There was significant difference (P<0.05). Above index of control group had no significant difference before and after treatment (P>0.05). The obvious effective rate and total effective rate of control group were 77.0% and 95.6% , and those of control group were 61.0% and 76.0%, there was statistical significance (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: The treatment of CHD combined with hyperlipidemia by atorvastatin has obvious effect with less adverse drug reactions.关键词
