不同水分下菌根育苗对大叶相思苗木造林成效的影响
Influence of Mycorrhizal Seedling Raising of Acacia auriliformis on the Planting Effect under Different Moisture Contents

Abstract
Based on the special site conditions in dry-hot valley in Yunnan, influence of mycorrhizal seedling raising of Acacia auriliformis on the planting effect under different moisture contents were investigated. The results showed that water stress and Pt. Mycorrhizal inoculation could greatly improve the planting results. Indices such as survival rate, young tree height, and ground diameter increased with the application dosage of Pt. Mycorrhizal, better than normal watering treatment, indicating that water stress and Pt. Mycorrhizal inoculation had interaction on plantlet quality. The best seedling raising measures was to inoculate Pt. Mycorrhizal 15 g under drought stress, or to inoculate Pt. Mycorrhizal 15 g under normal watering conditions. The plantlet quality evaluation indices are ground diameter, root size (thickness), lateral roots and principal roots length.关键词
