区域开发生态承载力计算模型及其应用
Model of ecological carrying capacity computing and applications in area of regional development

Abstract
As the characteristic of less synthetic research between computational model of ecological carrying capacity and regional planning, ecological footprint model was applied to quantitively calculate the ecological carrying capacity (ecological footprint supply) of Jiamusi of Heilongjiang province and Xingan alliance of Inner Mongolia. The results showed that the ecological footprint supply level of both area are above 2. 5× 104 m2, in the high level. The results of the synthetic assessment based on AHP showed that the ecosystem of Jiamusi and Xingan alliance were steady, the resource-environmental synthetic carrying capacity of both area were in higher middling position. The CCPS were less than 1 before the regional planning carrying out, the regions have some room for development, at the premise of protective exploitation, the CCPS were also less than 1 after the regional planning carrying out. Although the two methods have their own limitations, they have distinct advantage, it could explain the conditions of ecological carrying capacity from various aspects, and reflect the developmental preponderance and resource-environmental restrict factors. Two quantitative models of ecological carrying capacity can be combined and calculated at the regional and strategic environmental impact assessment, which provided effective theoretical foundation and technical support to the region' s sustainable development.关键词
