Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of B-ultrasound in diagnosing fetal gastroschisis. Methods From January 2005 to November 2010 there were 15 pregnant women diagnosed with fetal gastroschisis in Baiyun District People s Hospital. Their B-ultrasound images were analyzed and the 15 cases were followed up. Results The B-ultrasonic images of fetal gastroschisis featured with fetal abdominal wall cleave from umbilical region, and intestine or some other contents could be detected in amniotic fluid. After inducing abortion 14 fetuses were verified to be fetal gastroschisis and one was acromphalus by pathological examination. Conclusion B-ultrasound is important in diagnosing fetal gastroschisis, and it can be applied to distinguish fetal gastroschisis from acromphalus.关键词
