Abstract
Objective: To investigate the relevance between the health status with pre - operative and post-operative complications occurred in elderly bone patients. Method:On the cases of comprehensive assessment which basis on the health status of systemic (indicators target 9, at Level 3) of 3108 patients aged over 60 from January 2001 to January 2010, to summarize the complications and death after the occurrence and distribution at our hospital. Result :68. 7% cases in this group had more than one disease co-existence of pre-operative, 41. L%had more than two disease co-existence,38.7% had more than three diseases coexistence ; There was a close relationship between the occurrence of postoperative complications and the pre-operative state of health and disease. Conclusion: There's a close relationship between the occurrence of postoperative complications and preoperative state of health and disease; functions of heart, brain, lungs, kidneys and nutritional status, water, electrolyte balance and glucose metabolism have a significant impact on surgery in elderly patients, to carry out the assessment of the health status pre-operation, to treat the original disease positively, to correct malnutrition status, which can reduce the occurrence of postoperative complications.关键词
