摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of G- CSF in prophylactic treatment infusion 5 - Fu chemotherapy induced oral ulcers. Methods G - CSF was applied to preventive treatment of oral ulcers on 5 - Fu infusion chemotherapy patients. Results The degree of oral mucositis in study group was significantly lighter than the control group, and there were no adverse reactions. Conclusion G- CSF mouthwash can prevent the oral ulcers by infusion of 5 - Fu chemotherapy.关键词
