Discussion of New Carding Machine Carding Force and Card Clothing Selection
摘要
Abstract
New carding machine carding force and card clothing selection were discussed. Characteristics of new carding machine were summarized, the two main factors effecting new type carding machine carding forces were analyzed. Using effects of different card clothing were tested and contrasted. The result shows that cylinder speed and output are effected in a degree when adopting traditional homemade card clothing. Reasons of effecting carding force largely were analyzed in details, measures of reducing carding force were introduced. After reinstalling card clothing, quality differ-ence of the card sliver produced by the two card clothing is similar. It is considered' that better spinning effect can be reached when optimizing homemade card clothing according to tooth parameter.关键词
