摘要
Abstract
Production process and technology measures of union jacquard fabric with Tencel staple yarn as warp, mulberry silk as weft were discussed. Through analyzing production difficulties and key point technology in winding,war-ping , sizing and weaving process, rationally controlling and adjusting each processing parameter such as temperature & humidity et al, finally Tencel mulberry silk union jacquard bedclothes with fine count and high density can be developed on broad air-jet loom,loom efficiency is higher,the first grade percentage before cloth repairing can reach 92% .关键词
