摘要
Abstract
Objective: To explore the clinical effect and its safety on hyperlipidemia through injecting polysaccharide sulfate(PSS). Method: 102 hyperlipidemia patients determined with acute cerebral infarction in our department from Oct. 2007 to Oct. 2010,they were divided into treatment group (50 patients with injecting PSS,28 male and 22 female,average age 48. 6±7. 3) and control group (52 patients with oral administrating bezafibrate, 31 male and 21 female, average age 49. 1±6. 9). The treatment group patients were injected with PSS 0. Lg(2mL) , once a day. The control group were treated through oral administrating bezafibrate capsules 0.2, 3times/d, continuous 14 days. And then compared the TG ,TC and HDL-C level of patients in two groups before and after treatment and checked untoward effect . Result: TC ,TG and LDL-C level of the two groups before treatment individually were (5. 92±0. 76), (2. 11 ±0.41) , (3. 96±0. 71) and (5. 89±0.78), (2. 09±0.39), (3. 92±0.63) mmoL/L, after treatment they was decreased to respectively (4.63±0.67), (1.42±0.26), (2.87±0.45) and (5.13 ±0.77) , (2.07±0.33), (3. 02±0. 51 )mmoL/ L. The difference has statistical significance ( P＜0. 01) ; HDL-C level before treatment were (1. 06±0. 34) , (1.10±0. 32) mmoL/L, after treatment they was increased to (1.48±0.42) , (1. 18 ±0. 28) mmoL/L. The difference has the statistical significance (P＜0. 01) ; 25 patients shown obvious effect (50. 00% ) , 22 common effect (44.00% ) , total effect rate was 94.00% in treatment group, 18 patients shown obvious effect (34.62% ) , 20 common effect (38. 46% ) , total effect rate was 73. 08% in control group. The difference has the statistical significance(P＜0. 01) ; Patients with untoward effect individually were 2(4. 0% ) and 5 (9.6% ) for the two groups. The difference has the statistical significance(P＜0.05). Conclusion: Injecting PSS can decrease. The level of TC,TG LDL-C and increase HDL-C with obvious effect and less untoward effect .关键词
