Abstract
Objective: To explore the significance of screening irregular antibodies in clinical transfusion. Method: To screen the irregular antibodies of the 10645 samples which applied for clinical transfusion and 13301 samples which came from volunteer blood donation between 2009 and 2010 by using microcolumn gel immunoassay , and to further identify the positive , then analyze the specificity and summarize the frequency of occurrence. Result:The number of irregular antibodies positive samples of the 10,645 cases which applied for clinical transfusion is 128 and the positive rate is 1.2% , the number of irregular antibodies detected in the 13301 blood donation samples is 14 cases and the positive rate is 0. 105%. Detection of the nature of the irregular antibodies detects a single antibody and complex antibody, in which a single antibody is 127 cases, accounting for 89.4% , complex antibodies is 15 cases, accounting for 10. 6%. According to the detection of the blood group system of the irregular antibodies, Rh system detected 88 cases, accounting for 61. 97% ; MNSs system detected 45 cases, accounting for 31. 69% ; anti-Al detected 5 cases, accounting for 3. 52% ; P system detected 2 cases, accounting for 0.14% ; Lewis system detected 1 case, accounting for 0. 07% ; Kell system detected 1 case, accounting for 0.07%. Conclusion: It helps to find suitable blood for patients and ensure the safety and effect of transfusion by screening the irregular antibodies.关键词
