摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and summarize perioperative nursing experience of 18 patients with acute superior mesenteric artery embolism. Methods Careful summary and scientific analysis of clinical nursing information of 18 patients with acute superior mesenteric artery embolism were conducted. Results Eighteen patients in this group actively cooperated with the doctor, 3 patients died of multiple organ failure caused by sepsis, and 1 patient had complications of short bowel syndrome after the operation, whose condition was improved by parenteral nutrition support before discharge. All other patients were discharged. Conclusion The nursing of acute superior mesenteric artery embolism should focus on patients' medical history, close observation, assistance to doctors to make a quick diagnose, good perioperative nursing, and avoidance of the postoperative complications.关键词
