Abstract
Objective To explore effective treatment measures of air - fluidized bed respiratory nursing on patients with severe burns. Methods From June 2001 to December 2003 and from December 2004 to 2007, air- fluidized bed was used in the treatment of 61 cases with severe burns. According to the time difference, the 61 cases were divided into group A (25 cases) and group B (36 cases). Group A was nursed in accordance with standard processes of severe burns, inhalation injury and the air- fluidized bed. Group B, on the basis of group A, focused on the shock under the monitor infused fluid, promoted the discharge of patients with sputum and airway was humidified. Lung infections as an indicator, the incidence of pulmonary infection and the healing time of lung infection were observed. Results B group was significantly lower than the incidence of pulmonary infection group A (P<0.05). Healing time of lung infection in group B was significantly lower than group A (P < 0. 05). Conclusion The application of air - fluidized bed on severely burned patients can strengthen respiratory care, reduce lung infection, and shorten healing time of lung infection.关键词
