摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the role of comfort nursing in reducing pain and promoting rehabilitation in patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods Fifty- four cases with severe acute pancreatitis who received comfort nursing were retrospectively analyzed. Results There was one patient with underlying diseases and dangerous condition. The family refused to take the treatment for economic reasons, and left the hospital. One case died. Conclusion Strengthening comfort nursing for patients with severe acute pancreatitis by integrating traditional Chinese and western medicine can reduce patients pain, decrease complications and improve clinical efficacy.关键词
