Abstract
Objective To explore the times of gastrolavage and the time between two gas-trolavages's effect on AOPP Methods According to the specific clinical conditions, sixty - two AOPP cases were divided into the one time group (A), two times group (B) , and three times group (C). The time of 50% CHE, the days of admission, the time of machine ventilation, cure rate, mortality, breath failure incidence, and incidence of intermediate syndrome of the three groups were compared. Results The group B and C's days of 50% CHE, days of admission, time of machine ventilation are less than those of the group A (P<0.05 or 0.01). The incidence rates of the intermediate syndrome and breath failure of the group C were significantly decreased. Conclusion The three - times gastrolavage technique is safe and effective for treatment of severe AOPP. The poisonous substances of patients can be effectively removed after being given gastrolavage three times. Thus it can improve success rate and patients' prognosis.关键词
