Abstract
Objective: To explore cervical disease status and clinical experience by LEEP, and to discuss nursing ways in treatment. Method: To collect 180 hospitalized patients during January 2008 to December 2010, using the LEEP to care cervical diseases. According to the order of treatment, patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 90 cases in each group, the control group was given to patients with routine nursing care, while on the basis of the control group, the observation group implemented the overall nursing care. After treatment, the situation on the clinical treatment of nursing and other indicators in the two groups were analyzed and compared. Result: The cure rate, bleeding time, blood loss, complication rate and other physiological indicators in observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, the difference was significant (P ＜0.05) ; the quality of care and satisfaction in observation group were significantly improved than the control group, P ＜0. 05, There's statistically significant difference. Conclusion:; LEEP treatment is a safe and effective treatment of cervical disease, with a good system overall care, there will have a positive effect in treatment and rehabilitation of patients.关键词
