Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the development and application of appropriative prescription evaluation model of antibiotics , and to improve the scientific and formative standards of prescription evaluation. METHODS: Using classified statements and retrospective analysis methods, the development and application of appropriative prescription evaluation model for antibiotics in my hospital were interpreted. RESULTS&CONCLUS1ON: After carrying out appropriative prescription evaluation, the utilization ratio of antibiotics use in outpatient and emergency department of our hospital raised from 54.14% to 72.91%.The utilization ratio of antibiotics in type I operation increased from 61.98% to 79.67%. From the results, it can be concluded that the development and application of prescription evaluation model has improved the quality of prescription in our hospital. But there are still some problems, such as that the monitoring indicators are not complete, the ability of information processing in our hospital needs to be improved, the professional skills of doctors need to be improved. So the prescription evaluation needs to be gradually improved and refined by improving the information construction and promoting relearning.关键词
