542例乳腺手术患者围术期抗菌药物应用调查分析
Investigation and Analysis of the Perioperative Application of Antibiotics in 542 Patients Undergoing Breast Surgery

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the perioperative application of antibiotics in patients undergoing breast surgery in our hospital. METHODS: By retrospective method, general information of 542 patients undergoing breast surgery from Jul. 2009 to Jun. 2010 and utilization of antibiotics were analyzed statistically. RESULTS: 90.41% of patients undergoing breast surgery in our hospital were given antibiotics. First-generation cephalosporins antimicrobials was used most frequently, followed by atypical p-\ac-tams and quinolones. The average cost of antibiotics was 413.60 yuan, accounting for 29.04% of total drug cost and 8.72% of total hospitalized-expense. CONCLUSION: On the whole, the perioperative application of antibiotics is rational, while there still are some deficiencies which should be paid attention to.关键词
