Correlation of Antibacterials Consumption and Drug Resistance of Escherichia coli in Our Hospital from 2006 to 2010
目的:了解我院大肠埃希菌耐药性的现状和变迁,探讨其发展与抗菌药物用量之间的关系,为抗菌药物管理提供依据.方法:采用回顾性调查方法,计算13种抗菌药物平均每日每百张床位所消耗的用药频度(DDDs)及同期大肠埃希菌的耐药率,用SPSS 17.0统计软件对抗菌药物用量与耐药率进行相关性分析.结果:高档次的抗菌药物用量逐年增长,低档次的抗菌药物用量逐年缩减.大肠埃希菌对多种抗菌药物呈广泛耐药,且逐年增长.庆大霉素、氨苄西林、哌拉西林/舒巴坦、头孢唑林、头…查看全部>>
OBJECTIVE: To explore the change of drug resistance of Escherichia coli and explore the relation between its development and antibacterials consumption to provide reference for antibacterials management.
